By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- educate participants regarding the implementation of the FASD SBI pilot project in Illinois, in particular the shift in attitudes and beliefs about incorporating FASD SBI into standard WIC care among pilot participants,
- demonstrate the importance of preventing FASD from the perspective of mothers who used alcohol during pregnancy, and
- provide participants with the opportunity to reflect on the information presented and how it may impact their approach with clients who may be using alcohol during pregnancy.
