This two-day training will detail essential program components of successful adult-to-youth mentoring programs. Participants will gain skills to build or enhance mentor programs. Training topics include: mentor recruitment and screening, making and supporting the match, and forming and maintaining partnerships. Participants will receive key resources to develop and implement program concepts.

 *All Sub-Grant B program staff implementing a mentoring program are required to attend this training.
