This half-day workshop will provide participants with a solution-focused look at how to identify and overcome common program obstacles. Participants will be able to identify common obstacles and challenges in school-and community-based programs. Participants will also learn how to use planning as a tool to improve program implementation. The workshop will focus on identifying needs, managing resources, and understanding evaluation results to improve existing programs. Participants will be asked to share their experiences in encountering and overcoming program obstacles.
