During this half-day classroom-based training participants will learn strategies for recruiting and retaining volunteers to enhance their existing programs. Learners will share recruitment and retention strategies and gain ideas to overcome barriers to recruitment and retention. This training will benefit preventionist conducting volunteer-based programs for youth and/or parents.
