Sustainability planning is crucial for the long term success of prevention efforts. This one-day training, delivered by staff from the Finance Project, will engage participants in a strategic process to create a sustainability plan and/or generate strategies when no plan exists. Participants will learn about new ideas for strengthening existing monetary and non-monetary resources that support long-term sustainability. In addition, participants will leave with sustainability planning tools for use within their communities.
