This course is for officers and preventionists who will become spokespersons for their community to address issues related to alcohol enforcement.

Training topics include:

Day 1-

• Legal Considerations for Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws
• Controlled Party Dispersal
• DUI/Zero Tolerance Enforcement

Day 2-

• Shoulder Tap/ Third Party Transactions
• Illegal IDs
• Compliance Checks (with experiential learning component)

NOTE: If you wish to attend only one day of training, please register fully and send an email to the Training Department at Prevention First clarifying which day of training you are interested in attending.
