This training is designed for Strategic Prevention Framework (SAPP Sub-Grant C) grantees. In this two-day session, community teams will use local data, in addition to the Illinois Youth Survey, to develop an evidence-based strategic plan. Areas covered in this training include assessment (contextual conditions, needs and resources), problem identification, and target population identification.
