This training will detail essential program components of successful adult-to-youth mentoring programs. Participants will gain skills to build or enhance mentor programs. Training topics include: mentor recruitment and screening, making and supporting the match and forming and maintaining partnerships. Participants will receive key resources to develop and implement program concepts.
