This webinar training will provide an introduction to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) including general information about the risks of alcohol intake during pregnancy, the negative impact on the developing fetus, as well as how to prevent it. This is the introductory session for all WIC Certifying Health Professionals. Basic vocabulary, standard drink sizes, and baseline information will be reviewed.
