Purpose
Bringing the Illinois Family Planning Network together for a comprehensive update and review of
current issues in family planning.
Training Objectives
1. Learn ways to strengthen the Illinois family planning infrastructure.
2. Enhance mechanisms to improve professional development and performance within a family
planning setting.
3. Increase knowledge of Title X priorities and insuring federal compliance.

*Delegate agencies are required to send two representatives (ie. front line staff, coordinators, clinicians, billing representatives, etc) to this training. The attendees will be responsible to train their delegate agency staff.

A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Springfield. Room rates are $70 plus tax (single)
and $85 plus tax (double). Check-in time is after 3:00 pm; Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Participants
should make their own reservations directly with the hotel by calling 1-800-445-8667. To receive the
special group rate, please indicate that you are with “Family Planning.” The cut-off date is Tuesday,
May 7, 2013. Room requests received after May 7, 2013, will be confirmed on a space available basis
and participants will be charged the prevailing rate. Hotel reservations may be canceled 24 hours
prior to the day of arrival without penalty.

The Hilton Springfield is located in downtown Springfield, directly across the street from the Prairie
Capital Convention Center.
From U.S. Interstate Highway 55 North/South and Interstate Highway 72 exit 98B - Clearlake Avenue:
Drive west to 9th Street and turn left. Drive south to Adams Street and turn right. Hotel is located on the corner of 7th and Adams Street.

Cancellation deadline: May 20, 2013, to receive a full refund. There will be no refunds for
cancellations after May 20, 2013, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
