This training will provide participants with strategies for sustaining their teen pregnancy prevention efforts.  Participants will receive a definition of sustainability and an overview of two critical tracks of sustainability: process and outcome. As a result of the training, participants will be able to identify and address the basic elements of a community sustainability plan including: priority outcomes and activities, resource analysis, and sustaining collaborations and partnerships. Project Coordinators are required to attend;  supervisory and other administrative staff members are welcome.
