STS Course 3: Developing Effective Supervisory Skills
Tuesday, January 2 - Thursday, December 30, 9999 - This is an all day event.
During this course, participants will identify qualities of effective supervisors and strategies for providing effective supervision to staff, including developing a flexible management style, building relationships, challenging staff to grow, providing ongoing engagement, and conducting formal performance evaluations. Supervisors will also learn strategies for balancing their workload.
