This webinar will cover some basic things to consider when transitioning the person served to Technology-assisted Care (TAC). The focus will include basic options for communication, rethinking “intensity of service” and the varying needs and processes for new vs. existing persons served.
1. Explore the barriers and opportunities of TAC
2. Discuss the nuances and varied needs of the person served based on their point in care
This webinar will be 30 minutes with an additional 15 minutes of Q&A with IDHS/SUPR.
